"How Masturbation And Pornography Almost Ruined My Life"

I will make this post more straightfoward.
I always a guy that dont have a sociable life and a shy one,i dont roll or talk to pple i dont know,even the one i know i barely talk to them.
I dont gat a bit gut to talk to girl or stay in their presence which eventually awarded me into wanking myself to releasing and also leads me to have a huge taste to search for pornography online.
I had being in this nasty lifestyle for over three years which OVER TIME RESULTED into these negative reaction:

- i got an errection in any slight body contact with the opposite sex
-i got tired and dislike any girl i see,like i dont want to be in relationship
-i got more sexual urge than normal
- i got more errection in any sight of an attrative girl
- i patronize sex brothels which i never do before in my life
- i lose my ambitions and my focus because now i feel like doing any how(spending extravagantly,dont go to church again,dont thiNK LIKE B4.....)

THESE BEHAVIOURS NOT IN ME BEFORE I START THESE HABIT

please i beg you in the name of God and Allah dont MASTURBATE OR LOOK UP FOR PORNOGRAPHY,they will over time DESTROY U!
