The Grand Funeral Of A Patriotic states man the Alex Ifeanyichukwu Ekwueme GCON (October 21, 1932 – November 19, 2017) was the first elected Vice-President of Nigeria, in office from 1979 to 1983.
The body of the great states man arrived Awka from Enugu state , this morning and went straight to Sir. Alex Ekwueme Sqaure, Awka.
So, he is been lying in state today at the square named after him Sir, Alex Ifeanyichukwu Ekwueme Sqaure and most of his fellow states men are here to pay him, his last respect..
The likes of Gov. Wille Obiano, Sen. Chris Ngige , Ex President Shehu Shagri, Emeka Anyaoku and host losts of others.
