What Is Salary Range Of Microfinance Bank Workers?

I bring greetings to you all. I got a job invite from a microfinance bank I applied for in one of the North central states where I did my NYSC, please is there anyone with an idea of what and average Microfinance Bank in Nigeria pay their staff, so I will know if it worth me relocating to the state. Am currently working with a diary company as one of their sales rep of which am paid #25,000.
